VKB-SIM

I wonder if I can reset axis output of the joystick to zero(center) after some delay via VKB software.
For example, lets say I move the joystick forward on the Y axis and in 10ms reset the value to 0 even if I dint release the stick?

I'm trying to use d.rate functionality but I dont want to lose button as well. I did some experiments but couldnt succeed and I'm fairly new to VKB software.
