Re: MCG Ultimate - what extension to get?
You could say it is an advantage in that it lets you to use the same base in both extended and un-extended (tabletop) configurations (i.e. still get a decent range of motion without an extension).

Re: MCG Ultimate - what extension to get?
Alright, the order has been passed! I'm so looking forward to this. :D Thanks again for your help fallout9. Side question: I only used the softest strings with my NXT because I could not fix it to my desk (and that's how it was the most stable) but I would like to play with this option (and also wi...

Re: MCG Ultimate - what extension to get?
Thanks a lot fallout9. I did not know about the conversion kit! Out of interest and food for thoughts for the future: if I wanted to have an extension only for aviation sims (from biplane to jets) and helos and have a separate HOSAS for space sim, would you still recommend me the 100mm? 100m...

Twist to mouse wheel
Is it possible to set the Twist axis on MCGU as mouse wheel? (twist right for mouse wheel up and twist left for mouse wheel down)
And the more extreme of a twist input you give, the higher the rate of mouse wheel pulses that register (i.e. the faster you scroll).
Thanks

BSOD when enabling "Mouse" in global
Is this a known issue? The BSOD message mentions "VKBmouse.sys" as the cause of system crash. It happens when you enable "Mouse" under global tab and then press "Set". EDIT: On a second look, it actually says: "VBoxMouse.sys", which is Virtual Box's mouse driv...

Best movement pattern for calibration
What's the best movement pattern for calibrations (i.e. in what pattern should we move the stick/ministick during calibration)?
+ (left-right up-down)
X (Cross)
O (Circular)
Combining all of the above?
Thanks
