You mean to the rear panel connectors? Have tried that,it does not change anything.

Gladiator EVO connection issue
Hi All Have 2 Gladiator Evos, one with a sidemounted SEM. Installs fine but everytime I restart my pc, I have to disconnect and reconnect USB cables to make them work. Have had them installed in different usb ports on pc, now they are in a powered USB hub with other things as keyboard, mouse, T rudd...

Had the same problem. Solved by following the setup video.
