Its not showing in my spam folder ive been trying for the better part of a week

Hey!, i ripped the wire connecting the stick to the base on the VKB Gladiator NXT, where can i find the wire to replace it. Also im not getting the Forgot password email ive tried to different emails still nothing any help would be nice thanks!
