Re: More STECS ACCESSORIES order option
"There are simply too many parts to create more packages than there are already." -- VKB could just add all the parts to the webshop, no need to create infinite combinations of packages. But i guess answering custom requests have not been too big a nuisance so far and it is maybe not yet ...

Re: Arrival of next batch
Haven't kept up so don't know what happened to the November sea shipment specifically, but the newspost suggests that the next shipment of STECS would arrive in January, Gladiators in February.

Re: STEC Delivery ?
No worries, I'm just as excited to receive mine as you are, and wish it had shipped last week already. =)Phoenix wrote:Thank you, i missed that information and thought that the products were in the warehouse.

Re: STEC Delivery ?
The news entry of STECS being for sale in EU has a rough outline for that: "Long-awaiting STECS products are on the way to our store. We expect to receive it next week and start shipping by the end of the week. In the meanwhile we are allowed to start selling that first batch." This was wr...

Re: Arrival of next batch
Thanks for the clarification Eduard, makes a lot of sense, and I can definitely imagine how difficult it is to try and eat the 20 something % change in exchange rates, when you have to pay in USD but are getting paid in Euros.

Re: Shipping to Finland
That's weird, I've personally ordered (separately) a GNX, T-Rudder MkIV, EVO gimbal upgrade kit, and a larger order with SEM, THQ and FSM-GA modules along with some bits and bobs for them, so at least 4 orders. No issues. My friend also ordered a GF3, MCG Pro and T-Rudder MkIVs, no problem. =/

Using the Gladiator NXT/EVO base without a VKB grip?
Hello, I'm toying with some DIY ideas and one of them is building my own grip. I'd like to use it with the Gladiator NXT+EVO upgraded base I have, but am not sure if it will function without the grip. Anyone have any experience with this kind of thing? EDIT: The grip wouldn't connect to the base ele...

Re: vkb T-Rudder Tension
I'm one of the two people who came up with the magnetic brake mod. It's certainly not as glamorous as the basically invisible one from Candiru89, but at least for my purposes it has been working great, and it only takes about a minute to go from helicopter mode to plane mode, or vice versa.

Re: NXT to EVO Upgrade Kit in Europe
Thanks for specifying all of that! I've been checking the website multiple times a day until now, waiting to nab them as soon as they come around, but if it's going to be on the order of 6 weeks then I'll relax a bit. =)
