I purchased directly from VKB. I do not see a method to order replacement parts or the board on the web page. Is there a "backdoor" to order parts?

What is a "GF Vendor"?

Is there a way to order a new board?

Disconnected the Harness between boards, all OK.

Disconnected the joystick harness, and still shorts the BB.

Joystick plugged in or not does not make a difference

Removed the board. There is nothing underneath besides the plug for the joystick. No exposed wiring or circuitry

When I plug in the first board inside the base, the LED comes on and the lights are on on the BB.

When I plug in the second board (with or without the stick plugged into that board), the lights go off.

Config screen does not show any devices when all plugged in.

When I connect the first board inside the base only, the LED comes on and I get lights on the BB. When I connect the second board (with or without the stick plugged into that board), the BB lights go out. I also lose the input to the cfg panel when the second board is plugged in.
