When setting a dead zone center of x or y axis how is the amount applied? For example, if I apply 10% dead zone to x axis does it apply 5% to the left of center and right of center foot a total of 10% or does it apply 10% to left of center and right of center for a total of 20%?

took a look again at twist module, this time I looked at the spring and how its installed, i didnt see anything out of place. I cleaned it , regreased it a second time after looking for burrs or any other defects, at this point I have no idea what could be wrong.
