Just bumping one more time to see if anyone has found a solution for this, otherwise I'll let it go.

If the vkb dev cfg tool can't do it, the only way I know how is to use vJoy and Joystick gremlin to map the sticks to a single virtual joystick.

Does that mean there's no way I can set up a global shift in VKB Dev Config?
