Re: VKB Config killed my pedals
Ty for reply. I managed to fix it by unplugging the black box and messing with the sys button (does that do anything?) This time I could reset the rudders in config I also was more careful in changing the settings and followed his guide more closely. I now have two virtual axis like he shows, and I ...

Re: VKB Config killed my pedals
Here is the picture I copied in my config program
Somehow this bricked my pedals. I just wanted to change the pedals to be two separate virtual axis so I could use them for two different inputs

VKB Config killed my pedals
So I followed the instructions by Coreyo in this post http://forum.vkb-sim.pro/viewtopic.php?t=3597, and now my VKB devconfig WILL NOT recognize my pedals. I set mine to the same as his in his pictures and clicked "set" and then it tweaked out and now it says "HID-compliant vendor-def...

Re: T-rudder separate inputs?
I see "abs" in some of the dropdown menus. Do I change them all to "rel"?
Is there a video anywhere that explains this config? It seems like it could be extremely useful, but it's well beyond my understanding at this point

Re: T-rudder separate inputs?
Thank you I will try that!
I will admit the VKB config really confuses me. Here is what I see

How do I go about setting it to relative instead of absolute?

Re: T-rudder separate inputs?
Ok, but when I bind throttle forward/back it doesn't work right Basically it comes down to this: What I want is to have my velocity stay the same with no pedals pressed, and increase on right pedal and decrease on left pedal What I get, is speed is always 0 unless I'm pressing right pedal. To "...

Re: T-rudder separate inputs?
Interesting...It won't bind for that setting
I can bind for Throttle forward/throttle back (it is expecting an axis) but when I try to bind to forward strafe it just says "waiting for button type input"

T-rudder separate inputs?
I'm using the t-rudders for star citizen and they work great. However from what I can see you can only use them as one continuous axis. So while pushing right pedal accelerates, pushing the left pedal does NOT brake (or even decelerate) It just ceases the acceleration (which is the same as doing not...

Pedals clicking?
I just got the t-rudder pedals, and I DO love them, but when they pass through the neutral position, going from pressing one to the other, there is an audible click that occurs.
Is this normal?

So, will there be an announcement when it's "on the shelf" or should I keep refreshing the joysticks page?
