Any resolution to this issue? I have exactly the same problem with my brand new rudders that arrived today. I tried a number of things to fix, flashing firmware etc, plugging into my MCG U box, nothing is working. I pulled the thing apart and nothing I can see without fully pulling the sensor apart...

I appreciate all the help here. After spending half my day off troubleshooting I think I'll look into the returns option. Maybe this is a sign to try some other rudders I was considering as well.
