There is literally no way of determining the orientation of a washer or nut, as they're supposed to be symmetrical anyway, so taking pictures is completely useless for that purpose. the two pictures above show the side view and the two further pictures above show the top view. Their positioning hasn't changed at all from the 4 pictures provided above.

loosening the screws to the maximum without having them fall off also does nothing.

As I've already written, playing with the dampers solves nothing. At this point, I guess I have no choice but to RMA and request for either a replacement or a refund.

Loosening or tightening doesn't affect the feel. There's grinding regardless if I tighten by hand or do it with the tools until there's resistance. In the meantime I had managed to get a decently sized video file to highlight the issue with the default spring and cams, no adjustment whatsoever to the dry clutch compared to delivery settings. I won't try other parts until tomorrow in daylight.
