Re: Gladiator NXT R + THQ: rot X & Y not accepting input
Hi - thanks for your patience and offer to help. So I did a fresh bootload, calibration, etc. Still getting no movement on the third (rightmost) lever. Here's all global and profile tabs for both VC 1 and VC 2. VC 1 seems to be correct, not so with VC 2, from what I can see... Screenshot 2024-04-16 ...

Re: Gladiator NXT R + THQ: rot X & Y not accepting input
Hi,
I think my error is not rot X and Y, but rather Axis Z. rot X and Y control the left mini stick. Axis Z is not showing any movement, but pegged to the far left. As per @fallout, here's the screenshot:
does this help identify the issue.

Re: Gladiator NXT R + THQ: rot X & Y not accepting input
Hi - thanks for the reply. Not sure I understand the question - but I changed from my old pc to a new one, so the old settings were lost. That said, all 8 buttons on the throttle quadrant work, as do the left and middle levers. It's the right (mixture) that's not registering axis movement, even thou...

Gladiator NXT R + THQ: rot X & Y not accepting input
Hello, Up till a month ago, my Gladiator NXT R + THQ combo worked perfectly. All axis worked on the stick, and on the throttle quadrant, the left and middle levers (joined together) delivered throttle, with the right (mixture) bound worked perfectly in P3DV4 for Harrier nozzle control. POV hat and a...

Gladiator + THQ in MSFS: POV hats for BOTH VC and External views
Hello, Took the plunge with a new pc to purchase MSFS. The configuration of the stick hasn't been the easiest, but I've gotten control surfaces and most other key functions mapped to the stick and throttle quadrant. What seems messed up is mapping the POV hat. I mapped it to pan around the VC interi...

Re: Gladiator+THQ: axes settings keep getting lost in P3dV4.5
So do the readings shown in the screenshot give any clues?
I mean the Gladiator worked fine, adding the THQ introduced issues of some sort.
Any next steps you can recommend??
Thx

Gladiator+THQ: axes settings keep getting lost in P3dV4.5
Hi. Been happy with my Gladiator stick last year so I’m eager to use the THQ in the sim. The problem I've had after a month of owning the THQ for around a month is as follows: I setup my axes, buttons, etc. Then, every time I either change to a new plane, or I shut the sim down and come back, some a...

Re: THQ - lever for cowl flaps in P3Dv4.5
Thanks f9, I was actually wrong - the action to which the Harrier's nozzles are supposed to be programmed is the propeller axis, so the good news, is I can temporarily program the #3 (right most) lever to make the nozzles swivel as they should. The bad news is two items: 1) I don't have full "0...

THQ - lever for cowl flaps in P3Dv4.5
Hi. Been happy with my Gladiator stick last year so I’m eager to use the THQ in the sim. Most of my flying is fast jet, and the Razbam and Wilco Harriers in particular. In the sim, the nozzle swivel is achieved by the cowl flaps action. So whatever button or lever has been programmed for “extend inc...
