So I found the problem. The connector I marked on your picture was the other way around. I remember it coming out with the pug and I placed it the other way around. Its working now thank you. I also tried applying more pressure on the white connector while using the y-axis. Still no movement on the y-axis

Magnet is clear of any obstructions eg metal etc.

I changed the springs today after receiving the device 2 weeks ago and reassembled. Everything is working as normal except the y-axis is dead. Did the "default" reset, Checked the magnet error but mine is not loose. I checked each of the 4 wires connecting to the Y-axis - all 4 working It ...
