Yeah no idea. I got the GNX maybe a week ago. As soon as I tried the older firmware it immediately worked and the axes were recognized. It also immediately recognized it as a GNX and not with the prior name it had saw it as. I was using the same data file firmware I had been loading the entire time ...

The older firmware file worked immediately! Unit was recognized as the correct device with the THQ name and all axes and buttons recognized in calibration. Thank you so much!

Tried with my Dell XPS 9370. Same thing.

What options are left?

Tools tab > default button. Find&autoconfig. NXT XT v2.088 disappears from top box for about 5-10 seconds then reappears. And a bunch of "NXT Joker" tabs appear below. I start calibration and go to test tab on bottom. Go to Axes1 tab. Moving axes does not move silders.

Killed all the processes I could see for those. I have Logitech mouse and speakers. Run as admin. Still no luck. Screen shots of task manager attached and video of config run.

Also, I don't get why it is consistently showing up as NXT XT v2.088...

Still no joy. I keep loading GNX USB Controller v2.09.0 onto the THQ and no matter what I do it keeps showing up in VKB Device Config v0.92.17 as VKBSim NXT XT v2.088. I am not seeing the auto config button and I have check 3x that I am using the latest software version

I don’t have the stick and quadrant connected. I have them connected to the computer with separate USB cords.
