Re: Damper for T-Rudder pedals
In the absence of an official kit or mod, it is very easy to DIY. I bought an universal adjustable steering damper (brand listed as 'Biking') from Amazon for £40 (it's black and silver, so the aesthetic matches), plus a bag of assorted M5 nuts and bolts for £12. I mounted it between the left hand fo...

That's a sensible idea, thank you. I will contact the EU sales centre with this request.
Kind regards.

Re: VKB HOTAS. Phase One.
The Gunfighter MKIV is RevC only, so any grip you'd use it should also be RevC. We'll list soon in store upgrade kits to RevC for compatible grips and full twist module on RevC, same as extensions and other extras. Hi fallout9, I appreciate you have already been very busy on this topic, so sorry to...

Re: Question re UCM Stronghold
This works. UCM.JPEG Hi Victorus, I'm about to order the UCM mounts, but I have another question following on from your helpful picture above: Which version of the UCM is closest to the camera, with the throttles and the SEM mounted on it? I'm trying to work out which baseplate version I need in or...

Re: Question re UCM Stronghold
One further question on this - I assume if I go for the 200mm extension for the Gunfighter, then the UCM L is the preferred mounting option for the stick? Assuming that's correct, I will use the regular USM S on the other side of the desk for the throttles, GSM GA and SEM, to kind of keep the thrott...

Re: Reinforcing Plate Installation
No problem, happy to help! The reinforcing plates themselves are slightly thinner than the rubber pads, so everything should fit nice and flat if you use the black countersunk screws to attach the plates. As per my previous post though, I found the standard supplied screws to be of a rather soft met...

Re: Reinforcing Plate Installation
Hi Bhemp, I bought the reinforcing plates and think they add a lot of useful strength, as well as taking some of the strain off the plastic sides where the modules join. Here's how they fit on mine: https://1drv.ms/u/s!AiuorbBMUyN9f4d66ICroskYDKg?e=0ljXxb Note I have used different screws to the phi...

Re: Question re UCM Stronghold
Thank you Victorus, much appreciated. I'll probably try keeping the three modules joined together and attach them to the base plate with the FSM on the vertical at first. But if that isn't as stable as I'd like, it's good to know that I can mount two modules vertically and two on the baseplate. My S...

Re: Which VKB joystick to replace Mk Gladiator ?
Hi, UK customer here. The purchase & delivery process is as described by 1sascha. Buy online from VKB Sim Europe for despatch from the NL-based warehouse, and when you enter a UK address at the checkout the site automatically deducts EU VAT from the price. The last few times I have ordered as ab...

Question re UCM Stronghold
Hello. I currently have a Gladiator NXT Evo, and attached to the stick I have an SEM, 2 x THQ's and the FSM-GA. The FSM panel is mounted on the GNX MFH, bolted in between the SEM and one of the THQ's. I have the metal reinforcing plates between all of the modules, and have the WWII throttle handle o...

Re: WWII throttle not recognised
Let me know if you need further assistance with flashing process. Despite some trepidation (the first time I tried this it was a bit of a nightmare), that was really easy, and worked exactly as hoped. Every button and axis now recognised properly and calibrated. Having used the default and auto con...

Re: WWII throttle not recognised
OK, I will give those a try, thank you.
I was reading earlier the process for flashing them, I think I get it, but I will try over the weekend and get back to you if the issue persists.
Thanks again, much appreciated.

WWII throttle not recognised
Hi, I have added a second THQ with the WWII throttle to my VKB collection, the unit is assembled and connected as per the appropriate YouTube video, and the THQ itself is set to sub address 4 as required. I connected it all up to my Gladiator NXT, SEM, FSM-GA and existing THQ, reset the whole thing ...
