Notice that on FSM-GA COLOR1 is GREEN LED, COLOR2 is RED LED, they won't change to other colors, and you can't use COLOR1 to show RED nor use COLOR2 to show GREEN. But you can mix them to show orange/yellow/(almost?) white.

I also tried to configure them as Encoders with 4/4 pulses in Physical buttons page, but that would make them not emitting Logical button pushes.

From the timing logged it looks like as the encoder signal is buffered by FSM-GA ... ?
