I've done this twice and the number 30 button does not show green when pressing it.

I have a problem where the button tester lights up green when testing each button. Button number 30 use to light up green and now doesn't, nothing happens. The things is, when I press that mini stick the red light blinks on and then off when I press it again. It shows that it is working on stick but...
