Upgraded/Downgraded to v2_18_5, this resolved the Axis issue and delayed button press issue I was having.

I also ran into this issue as well. I downgraded to v2.168 and I no longer have axis issues, but now I experience some delayed inputs when pressing buttons (ex: if I press button 12, right on hat A2, several times it sometimes doesn't recognize the inputs).

I was able to do this myself by changing the buttons listed as 24 to 21 (highlighted in pink) and 22 to 18 (highlighted in yellow). I am mad but happy I have to change my detents back lololol,

Find and show button shown there. You have to press the default button before it will show

I threw one togehter myself in GIMP for the SEM Vertical (see below)
