Is it a separate throttle quadrant entirely? Or is is something that is added onto the THQ?

Is there a name for the bigger throttle handle that is shown on the standard THQ? It looks like it has some additional buttons somehow? Anywhere I could find information on that?

This may have been answered already but I'm assuming that this initial throttle will have some mounting plates available to secure it with other joysticks/SEM equipment similar to the current SEM mounting plates? Thinking of running dual stick with throttle and it would be great to be able to mount ...
