Re: Encoder setup to adjust heading/course etc.
Great, thx a lot! I managed to setup the two Axis which are linked to the Encoder and are toggled with a Modal Switch. That works so far. Encoder.png Profile_Axes.png However, Axis 8 won't go beyond 25087 (see screenshot). Axis 7 works fine. Might that be a bug? All settings are equal between Axis 7...

Encoder setup to adjust heading/course etc.
I would like to use the encoders of my STECS to adjust the heading bug and omnibearing or course selectors in DCS. Currently the encoders are set up as discrete buttons. However, the output is much too slow. I already adjusted the T_EN value to 2, but still the output is lagging heavily behind the i...

Modal Switch: Double Number of Modes (Bug?)
Hello,
on my STECS I use a Boolean Modal Switch to toggle through 2 modes. However, when I use those modes with a Modal Button the button creates 4 logical outputs.
What is wrong? Please help!

Re: Cyclic Button with permanent press?
https://www.njoy32.vkb-sim.pro/home/whats-new No more CSW/RSW. V.2.170 I found a solution myself. Rationale: My plan is to use this functionality i.c.w. the encoder of the STEM module to adjust frequencies: consecutive presses of the encoder should select the frequency digit and turning it should a...

Re: Cyclic Button with permanent press?
I see. Thanks for the feedback! That‘s a pity though. Do you have any ideas how I could solve my problem then, cycling through up to five modes with a single switch?
I would like to use that for frequency tuning with a single K-Switch or encoder.
Man thanks in advance!

Cyclic Button with permanent press?
Is there a way to have a (single) Cyclic Button whose output results in permanent button presses instead of a momentary one?
I would like to use that as a single button modal switch.

Re: Cycle through SubShifts with one button: One K-switch for setting frequency in DCS
Thanks for the feedback! :D Now, instead of the 4x pos. MODE Switch I would like to use a single button as Modal Switch. I tried using a Cyclic Switch to toggle through the modes, but that does not work as the Cyclic button press is only momentarily. Is there a method to toggle through several (virt...

Cycle through SubShifts with one button: One K-switch for setting frequency in DCS
I would like to use one one of the K-switches on my SEM to adjust the frequencies in DCS. With the center press I would like to toggle through the different frequency digits and up/down would adjust them. I.e. the center press would need to toggle between up to 5 subshifts (one subshift for one freq...

That worked! Still not super smooth but much better!
Many thanks for the hint!

Re: NXT: smooth virtual encoder axis?
Unfortunately, no!
The only thing you can do - as far as I know - is to experiment with the multipliers to find an acceptable setting.

Re: VKB TECS: MODULARITY FULL AHEAD
I read that one. But if I understand it correctly he only was talking about connecting the modules to the same black box. But does that also mean they would attach physically to the TECS (like they do to the Gladiator NXT)?

NXT: smooth virtual encoder axis?
Hello! I need some expert's advice for the setup of my Gladiator NXT's encoder wheel as virtual axis for zooming in DCS. Here's my system info: 1 - Device model and version: Gladiator NXT R with SEM 2 - Controller Firmware version: v2.088 5 - VKB Device Config v0.92.17 And that's my configuration: &...

Is there any indication or announcement that the SEMs will also attach to the TECS?
