Where can I fill out a service ticket?

After opening up the Gunfighter Mk3 base.. I have found that one of the wires was severed going from the DB4 pin that heads to the blackbox. Where can i get a replacement cable for this?

I just finished swapping the two grips and when I put the Right stick (non working pair) on the left Gunfighter Mk 3 base it works.
