I received the replacement PCB and USB cable and have swapped them out. Windows now recognizes the joystick and all buttons appear to functioning properly.

The voltage readings are as follows:

1-2 = 5.03
1-3 = 4.96 on right side, left side of 1R0 = 5.03
1-4 = 3.34 on right side of C1, left side = 0
1-5 = 3.3 on both sides

4 pins on left side = top left & right = 0, bottom left & right = 0.2

When will this tool be available? I'm currently unable to use my joystick and would like to get back to playing. Are there any replacement PCB's available that I can purchase for this?
