As stated in the ticket, UPS (UK) has mis-delivered/lost my MCG Ultimate order.

Chalk up another victim of UPS (UK). Instead of delivering my MCG Ultimate to my home address or local UPS access point, the Edinburgh depot delivered it to the Amazon warehouse in Dunfermline - virtually no chance of that being recovered!
