Yes, whenever I want my ship perfectly still in space, I disengage coupled mode and space brake fully to zero. I don’t believe this has anything to do with the GNX sticks. I think it’s just a Star Citizen quirk, of which there are so very many.

I know the exact problem you're describing, I have the same issue. It certainly has nothing to do with the sticks, I think it's a quirk of the coupled flight mode. Have you tried fully space-braking the ship to zero, then switching to decoupled mode and seeing if there is still any movement? In deco...
