Joystick doesn't work in other applications

I'm pretty sure its a hardware issue as when the rudder axis and the buttons aren't showing up, Im pretty sure the pin is secure and in place and not damaged

So from the title all the buttons on my Gladiator NXT isn't working as well the rudder axis, I'm not sure if my pin is broken or something but physically I can still click them but the when in DCS the in the controls menu when I click them it does not show up.

So after I have done all the steps none of the buttons on the joystick and the RZ Axis doesn't work anymore, is there any fixes or things I had done wrong? The Y Axis is completely fine though

Yep, just drop a blob of glue in there to keep the magnet in place - it doesn't need to come out ever again.
