I have the same issue here exactly as you describe it. After releasing the left stick it remains at 1-2 speed. If i remember it, I need to push back until it gets to zero. I also tried to increase Deadzone, but not intensively. I either did not try to disable couple mode.

To keep the status updated: Upgrading the SCT Firmware from v2.025 to XT v2.050 did the trick immediantly. I'am not completly stupid over all. Ah, damn it. I've seen this thread but didnt follow it long enough. So, everything looks fine. Per default the Mouse is bound to Axis X/Y 5/6, which is the #ID of RotX and RotY, which are the Axes of the Ministick in Ministick Mode. Mouse active is set to "always" in Global and POV screen....

Working and reading so far I get. If I get it, there should be axis to select for the mouse control by default. I've no one right here. I started from default settings. Any idea?

Left Stick: As you say. Twist is Rot Z. Throttle is Axis Z.
Right Stick: Twist does nothing. Throttle is Axis z.

How to change this? A link to a documentation would be ok. The VKB Docu doesnt explain enough.

I am lost on this issue. Currenty the "Axis-Z" is somehow mapped to the slider. The "Axis Z" to the slider at the base. Twisting the stick does nothing (it is calibrated). I think I can/need to change this in the Config. But where is the manual that explains what to do? I watched...

I found a link to Alex (Developer) website, a newer version of VKB Device Confg did the trick. At least this is solved.

No, really. MY CHARGE of Joytsticks had glue instead of grease. NOT MOVABLE with two fingers without pushing the stick over the table.

No, this doent help. This was what I meant with "Reset"...hitting the "Default" button in the CFG. I end up having two "Right ones" currently.

Not in the VKM FIrmware ZIP on your Website, there is only one for the GNT: _Gladiator_NXT_v2_02_5 and yes, I flashed this on both Sticks Also checked the FTP, nothing there.
There are L Versions for other sticks however.

When you compare mine with the behaviour of the stick in the first seconds in the video...mine behaved FAR stickier or harder, you couldnt push it with two fingers at all...it took 4x the time to move back to the middle.
