Next movement after i sent the last post, just stuck on left side.

See this screenshot. Calibratet Z-axis and moved it something like 50 time anti clock wise.

I checked the base already, only minimal errors there.
Very small green blocks.
But i see the Z-axis losing digits, everytime i turn the grip counter clock wise.
Can is send you a OBS video showing the whole screen? Its only ~5MB.

My problem is not getting any better.
No matter which FW is used.
Tried to connect to ther USB's -> no change.
Sometimes i see errors like this:

But it looks like this is not related to the z-axis stuck.
It just delays any reaction of the stick.

No, my black box is black...
And as you can see in my first screenshot, i never had an MK2 FW.
Not from the beginning.

With new FW its not possible to play. Z-axis stucks in both directions. Sometimes its possible to 'wake it up' by turning and turning, sometimes only restart helps. And i don't think this is a HW problem. If axis is stuck, i can start single axis calibration and move complete range. After calibratio...

I did now a single calibration for Z-Axis, that made it go from 0-65535 again.
More than 5 complete calibrations before did not work

Ok. Updated to "_BlackBox_GF_MCG_PRO_Twist_v2_05_0.vkb"

That makes it even worse.
After default and calibration:
Axis Z is moving from 0 to 43316 (not 65535 anymore)
And is stuck 10 times more often then before.

The device is only 3 weeks old.
But i guess this issue only happened since a week.
I will update the FW and come back with result

Never changed anything there. Should be default settings.
