Re: New Gladiator NXT, cable connector broke
Update, with solution from support ticket (in case this happens to anyone in the future). To break it down simply ... Connector came loose when removing the protective sleeve during stick/base assembly. I purchased Pre-crimped cables and GH1.25 connectors, matching the originals. Once I had the corr...

Re: New Gladiator NXT, cable connector broke
Great photos! Thanks! Solves one headache. What's the normal state of the LEDs on the stick? Mine light up (white long, red circle) then turn off after a second or two. Is that indicative of an error? Still no button recognition, unfortunately. Firmware v2.025, so I think that's current. Tested powe...

Re: New Gladiator NXT, cable connector broke
Ok, I've run a few tests and forgive my lack of technical jargon: If you look at my photo above, you'll see the board on the base shows GRND on the right hand side of the connector and 3.3 on the left. That's opposite of what the photo the other user posted, trying to show me the order of the wires....

Re: New Gladiator NXT, cable connector broke
Thanks fallout,
I actually replaced the wires completely, from the grip to the base. I get the same results at the pc end of things (no recognition of stick buttons/twist grip).

Re: New Gladiator NXT, cable connector broke
Replaced the wires and connectors and it did not fix the problem. I'm starting to think it shipped to me broken. Stick buttons, twist axis are not recognized by the pc and the LEDs on the stick do not light up.
Hopefully someone at vkb can help.

Re: New Gladiator NXT, cable connector broke
Looks like the GH1.25 connectors are the way to go ... found some on Amazon! Let's hope that solves the issue!
Thanks again!

Re: New Gladiator NXT, cable connector broke
Thanks for the replies! In regards to the above photo, the connection to the board is a little different. Wires run up and down from the board instead of out and away. Attached photos of the board/connection and the connecting piece that the wires came out of. 20210426_090530.jpg Inked20210426_09034...

New Gladiator NXT, cable connector broke
Hi all, Hoping for some help. When I was assembling the Glad. NXT stick to the base, using the plastic sleeve, the cable connector came free from the cables as I was slipping off the sleeve. As such, I'd like to replace it as the wires no longer stay firm in that little housing and the PC won't reco...
