Seems my product may have arrived DOA. only the y and x axis work. nothing for the Z axis. buttons are also unresponsive. all attempts to update firmware to v.2.025 have been met with an Error and the shortly crashing. the other stick (gunfighter mk3 spacefighter) running 2.007 is working fine.

I have given the joystick a firmware update to _BlackBox_MK2_GF_MCG_PRO_Twist_v2_02_5.vkb as requested by instructions only to find that it is completely unusable. no buttons detected no z axis, only x and y.
