I am currently working with the VKB technical support team to solve the issue. No fix as of yet, I am confident we will get there. Once we do it is an amazing stick. I am excited! Did you have the same issue?

Thank you! I was able to put a ticket in. If the person addressing the ticket sees this forum I linked this picture might help. The C-clip was loose when i got the stick so when i twisted it a few times it popped off. I was able to bend it back and put it back on and it seems to be working great now.

I assume that is done here?

no problem, they can be tough to see.

I never took the gapped parts apart they came like that.

I'm confused. The module in the gate cont has axis but you say it has buttons like a hat? I can feel that it has axis and the one in master mode has very distinctive clicks for buttons like a hat. Same result... I have some arduinos hooked up. Do you think that might cause a problem?

If it helps here are the two modules that I switched out with both not working on rotz. if you flick them they move a little.

I have to be honest im not sure what most of these parameters mean. Here is the new screenshot after default / calibration.

I did swap the ministick because I figured maybe the one just has a hardware issue but both do the same thing.
