For the VKB Gladiator, which color screw goes into the base to secure the grip? The black pointy one's, or the regular silver one's? I can't tell from the video.

Nevermind, that was NOT the assembly manual. That manual is just for configurating the joystick in Windows. It does not detail how to assemble. Does anyone have any pointers on how to assemble the hardware? I have an idea but even with the video I am unsure if I am using the right screws in the righ...

Not big deal if the answer is 'No' just to get that out of the way.
