Eventually got through to the red bad gateway banner. Another refresh did the trick and it looks like they've indeed received the order. Paypal also lists it in the activity feed. Thanks all for the nifty tips and keep trying!!

I'm stuck at the loading rings on the final confirmation page Did you refresh that one too, or did you just wait for the rings to disappear so you could tick the box and click on place order?

what a day!

In an earlier post it was said that they wouldn't get the sticks until next week, but they'd open sales again today. Or were planning to. I guess we'll have to wait to find out.
