Okay so let me attack this from another angle
Can I have the software hold one button and then 300ms later hold another button?
Press button 4 it then presses and holds button 1, waits 300ms, presses and holds button 3 until I release button 4?

This is anything but simple this software is absolute garbage!!! Honestly great hardware but for me this software isn't worth downloading! There should be a record macro sequence and then an editor to change time intervals after you record what you want done.

After further testing it is trying to fire the second button but it isn't holding the second button long enough, it fires first but releases second to early, so button 3 needs to be held longer.

This is almost there, it fires the first button but still won't fire the second button even though in the test box it shows it is firing button 3! It's actually button 1 and 3 not 10 and 3, so I just modified your numbers. So it says it's doing it in the software but doesn't actually do it in game. ...
