Check out this thread, in short definitely a possibility, might be worth contacting DHL as they may require some additional info before they can get your parcel through customs.

Hi Flack, mark.sheehy@europe.ups.com was the email that got the ball rolling for me, my email was forwarded to him from the CEO at which point he called me and put me in contact with someone in the UK customer support team, I can't give you their specific email as it is just the generic customer sup...

So mine just arrived, this was after several emails, phone calls, and sending my invoice to the team in the UK who forwarded it to the team at Eindhoven, not sure if it was the emails that got it sorted, or if it was just a matter of time. Hope that others can have some success and hopefully no one ...

Agreed, don't know if the Europe branch also close up for Chinese New year but if they have done without resolving this it's shocking, to have multiple customers all suffering with this same issue with such little communication is really poor form. Yes mine is still stuck there, I imagine many others are as well, they say they haven't had the correct invoices from vkb so they can't clear customs in the Netherlands, This is what UPS told me anyway. I had to send my invoice to customer services at ups which they have forwarded to the team in Ein...

Harry have you tried emailing anyone from the list that was shared earlier in this thread? I found that I got a very quick response and after a follow up phone call they are now on the case.

I sent an email out to all of the addresses in the list, worth a shot if you aren't getting anywhere.

Do you have the premium? Mine hasnt arrived yet but I believe clicking the stick in switches it between hat and analogue mode, indicated by an led on the stick. I may be wrong but I recall seeing this question elsewhere and this was the answer
