Hi there, I've just plugged in my Gladiator NXT for the first time in a couple of weeks and it's completely dead. Ticket number #4311

Hi Eduardo,

I haven’t had a response to this ticket since March. The replacement palm rest that I received was the wrong one.

It should have been the thicker (10mm) left-hand palm rest rather than the standard left-hand one that was sent.

Can you give me an update on this?

Hi there,

Can I please get a response to the two support tickets above?

The first one was submitted on the 16th February, I sent the photos as requested on the 20th February - I've heard nothing since

The second was submitted on the 10th March and I've had no response at all.
