Same as mine, paid Friday and it hasn't moved since then.

I'm pissed off, as the receivers we shouldn't even have to be chasing UPS. It's the responsibility of the sender.

UPS are being irresponsible still taking shipments, they need to stop accepting deliveries until they can get the backlog cleared. I can't believe how badly they're handling this, I always thought they were one of the best.

Eduard would need to confirm but this was probably an error, I had one of those emails last month and he confirmed it was an error. Stock isn't due yet.

I've just spoken to UPS (again), this time they told me it's missing an invoice and I need to contact the seller, it won't be released from Netherlands until it has it. VKB Europe could be putting pressure on UPS and updating us.

Eduard hasn't responded to emails either. If things are going to take time it should say, VKB said 3-4 day delivery, UPS keep emailing to say it'll be delivered tomorrow.

This is the most annoying bit.

Mine is stuck and bouncing back and forth, they told me it'd be delivered Tuesday, then Friday, now it's changed again. I received a parcel from France via UPS without any issues so this is getting annoying now, starting to regret my purchase.

Mine went from 'Cleared Customs' and due to deliver today, to now being back in the Netherlands. Are VKB EU doing something wrong or UPS? This is happening to a lot of us.

Edit - UPS said it was missing information from sender.

If it's £135 or less you should be charged VAT at point of sale, so shouldn't be charged it again by customs but may have some other fees idk. The price for the NXT has been changing, when it's 152 euros I think this should just scrape under the £135 and you wouldn't pay VAT, but if you'd bought it ...
