https://store.x-plane.org/ doesn't have service tickets or even tech support, not for VKB sim, anyway. I'd buy a new trigger but the shipping cost is INSANE.

I love my Gladiator, been using it for X Plane - until recently. Got in to SW: Squadrons and my trigger broke. Fortunately it was offline practice!

Can I please have a replacement?
