Re: A 200mm extension with a steeper curve/neck
Someone came up with an alternative solution that works as well. I would have no issue in buying a steep curve extension that required counterweights, if it works it works.

Re: A 200mm extension with a steeper curve/neck
Yeah I didn't want to resort to cutting this one, I might give it a shot at least. Narrow seat helps but have to find the right chair for it as it can get awkward. Not a problem when not running a 200m extension centre mounted, but I've been using the centre mount too long to go back to non extensio...

Re: A 200mm extension with a steeper curve/neck
That's unfortunate, thanks for the response.
I could deal with lack of centering to not have to deal with the back strain lol. I'll either have to consider the alternative or continue my months long quest for an appropriate chair.

A 200mm extension with a steeper curve/neck
Been using my 200mm extension with the GF3 for a long time now, one constant issue I have run into is the curve on the extension isn't anywhere near deep enough for my needs. It will constantly bump up against seat padding on a variety of chairs I've tried. While I have found some third party extens...

Re: Getting the Gunfighter Mk III to "feel" like the NXT
Thanks, will give the space cams a shot. I've already tried the hard stop avionic cams but wasn't a fan so switched back.
So space cams, medium/heavy springs and heavy dampening to get close to the NXT feel?
And what's a good indicator that the cams are tight enough?

Getting the Gunfighter Mk III to "feel" like the NXT
I just transitioned from a NXT to a GFIII and am in the process of getting the cams/springs/dry clutch setup to my liking, and was wondering what I should be going for if I want it to feel relatively close to the NXT which I loved. I'm guessing I want the dry clutch tightened up not all the way but ...

Re: Gladiator NXT restock?
Well isn't this an absolute shambles. I knew the demand was high, but surely VKB knew this too, and should've anticipated for their website to be flooded with orders. Been sat at "502 bad gateway" for 45 minutes now. Will I get my stick this time round? I see scalpers are already sticking...

Re: Gladiator NXT restock?
I'm stuck at the loading rings on the final confirmation page :( Did you refresh that one too, or did you just wait for the rings to disappear so you could tick the box and click on place order? First, make sure you use tab a few times, to move down to the Terms & Conditions field, then press s...

Re: Gladiator NXT restock?
Well I don't even get the website just the 502 error! And I don't even know if their shipping to the UK now, could someone let me know if you can ship to the UK? The total lack of communication from VKB is pretty much pushing me to go Virpil, very sad. They are shipping to the UK, they announced th...

Re: Gladiator NXT restock?
Do they usually restock this late in the day? Or is there a problem?

Re: VKB Shipping to UK
My pedals were sitting there for around a month, and a phonecall with customer support ended in exactly the same suggestion. I ignored that and sent an email to ctome@ups.com, it got the situation escalated to the right people and the pedals arrived a few days after. Others haven't had much luck wit...

Re: VKB Shipping to UK
Hoping the problems are resolved by march as I was planning to get a gladiator ordered. Can we ship from the US supplier to the UK atm?
On the plus side, loving the VKB pedals. Finished off the immersion aspect of VR. Don't think my wallet is going to appreciate getting into VR sims

Re: VKB Shipping to UK
Yes mine is still stuck there, I imagine many others are as well, they say they haven't had the correct invoices from vkb so they can't clear customs in the Netherlands, This is what UPS told me anyway. I had to send my invoice to customer services at ups which they have forwarded to the team in Ei...
