Gunfighter not centering with latest firmware
Hi there, I have been using firmware 2.025 with both my Gunfighters + SCG and recently updated to the latest firmware (2.090) + matching VKB cfg software. After upgrading I noticed my sticks would no longer center at 32767 on the X or Y axis, even with a large circular deadzone (5). It's like the de...

Re: Cam wear after a week or two
Hi Team, I've been busy but I haven't forgotten about this thread and the update that I owe it. When I wrote my last post I had performed a test. I tightened the cams on the left stick as normal, but for the right stick I tightened them more than I normally would. It's been a few months now and I op...

Re: Cam wear after a week or two
I see two washers at the left of bearing. Please remove one of them. Hey ZERO_Thunder - thanks for chiming in. If you're referring to the picture in this post with a second washer then yes this has already been removed and returned to stock before reviving this thread - Good spotting: http://forum....

Re: Cam wear after a week or two
I'll go back and reevaluate my base construction & cam installations. Any updates? Hi AeroGator! Thanks for checking in. I did open up the base and check things but I couldn't find anything obviously amiss. While the base was opened I also took the opportunity to re-polish the cams and install ...

Re: Kosmosima left lights flashing during use
Thanks Fallout! Please note I didn't notice the LED's flashing at all since I reflashed the firmware yesterday.
Considering they would flash every hour or two I think we can potentially mark this as resolved.
I greatly appreciate your help!
Cheers,
wolph

Re: Kosmosima left lights flashing during use
Thanks Fallout - Here's a pic of left & right communications error level. If I've read you correctly the left base doesn't appear to be polled - Please note that in the picture the left base is active (and being polled).

Kosmosima left lights flashing during use
Hello - I hope everyone is well. I have two gunfighters and the lights on the left stick will often "reset" randomly (both under load and when idle). EG when you first turn the gunfighter on the lights on the stick will flash white & red - This white & red flashing is what I see ra...

Re: Cam wear after a week or two
I looked back at all your pics and I'm seeing the damage. It's certainly happening! You say you've changed out the cams but the damage persists. Only one thing causes that and that's friction. Something isn't moving as it's supposed to. There are two things making contact here. You've said the cam ...

Re: Cam wear after a week or two
Hi Wolph. I'd be glad to tell you that there was something wrong with the original cams, because getting a new set would fix the issue. But from what I understood you already got another set which came with the same issues as the first. Having the same issues on 2 sets of cams coming from different...

Re: Cam wear after a week or two
Hi again. Looking at your picture it seems to me that your cam is not tightened enough. Please see this video , especially the part where it's explained how much you should tighten the nuts on the cams' bolts: the cam should definitely not rotate by itself on that bolt, but together with the inner ...

Re: Cam wear after a week or two
Hi all, Just reviving this thread to say I love my gunfighters but I am still having ongoing problems with the cams in both my left & right gunfighters :( As per this thread, my original issue is the cams are being ground down by every day use. Every few weeks the axis' start to feel really &quo...

Sorry for not updating - I received two replacement triggers from the dealership. I'm still using the first replacement.
Case closed! (for me anyway)

Kosmosima 'clicking' senstation
Hi all, I hope everyone is well! I'm hoping to get a little bit of help :) I'm using a Kosmosima on a Gunfighter Mk3 base and trying to trouble shoot a 'clicking' sensation whenever I deflect the stick to either side of the centre of the X axis. When moving the grip a few centimetre's on either side...

Re: Cam wear after a week or two
Hi Ron, Thanks! Please note the last photo I posted is of the site I'm talking about - that's how my base is currently configured. You can see the worn out area on the cam - I added the extra washer to the bearing so it would avoid this area of the cam. It is now smoother than before. Can I leave it...
