Re: Is it possible to use a axis as a button when shift function is active?
For now, it doesn't care the position, I just want to convert an axis into a button when Shift is active. For example, in DCS Blackshark there are "Wheel Brake" (axis) and "Parking Brake" (button) functions. I want to use the MCG paddle as "wheel brake" to slow down and...

Re: Adding additional LEDs to the controller board.
I have been reading the manual and I didn't find Mode fields (section 2.51, figure 2.15) so I came here for information.
So, does Gladiator have BUS connector?
Maybe Mode fields doesn't appear in the GUI due to Gladiator can't work with these.

How to control time to produce a double press event?
I have been testing "Tempo" function, tempo type "Tempo 3S" with SP=0 LP=1 DP=2. I have been trying to enter in Shift mode 2 with a double press, but it seems the time required to produce the "double press" event is very high, because when I try I can get it only a few ...

Re: VKBDevCfg SubShift(s) not working with Gladiator NXT/GNX/SEM
I am very intrigued about subshift funcionality. It drove me crazy trying to learn to use it when I tried it with v0.92.51 until I realized that there were a bug. I hope the bug be corrected soon, to know how to take advantage of it. EDIT: by the way, where can I download 92.67? I was looking at htt...

DevCfg: Toggle with slave vs without slave
Hi, I have studing devcfg manual, and I have a question. Regarding to Toggle function (4.3.9 section): Lets say I want to configure the toggle switch that is in the left side of the base of Gladiator, and I want to use the toggle function. Lets say I want to send signal 3 when switch is up, signal 4...

mattcaron wrote:Looking at the photos you posted and http://www.mattmillman.com/info/crimpconnectors/common-jst-connector-types/, it looks like it might be PH, which would make it 2mm pitch.
I appreciate your tips (nice site also). I will try again with a different series.

Re: "Omni Throttle"/angled adapter
Good News and Bad news: the good one is that the cables I bought from Aliexpress arrived today. The bad one is that they don't fit in the connectors that are used in VKB extensions, actually the cables I bought, 1.25mm pitch, are much more smaller. So, the conclusion is that the pitch of pins in VKB...

Re: "Omni Throttle"/angled adapter
Except there are no GNX extensions, only GF extensions. The GNX is not designed to be used with an extension. So there is none to buy and take apart. And the GF tailpiece has the circular 3 pin pad connector. In the GNX, it is a cable you pull into the base and plug in. Yeah, you are right, my bad....

Re: "Omni Throttle"/angled adapter
1. The cable from the GNX tailpiece looks different from yours. See pictures here: https://owncloud.mattcaron.net/index.php/s/Q4kiJS5MtpQtnfZ I am not sure that you are understanding correctly of what is composed an angled throttle; just to make it clear: in any angled throttle that you can find in...

Re: "Omni Throttle"/angled adapter
@ mattcaron: As stated here https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/JST_connector the cable you posted (XH series) is not useful because is 2.50mm pitch You need a 1.25mm pitch cable, so GH series. I guess that the black cable entering in the gimbal is a customized cable, but surely it uses a GH connector. He...

Re: "Omni Throttle"/angled adapter
I dismantled my extension of 200mm and I think it is a normal JST conector. I measured the pitch between pins: 1.25mm
Anyway, consider you must have an extension due to outter connectors, those that go attached to the base of the stick and over the gimbal (excuse my English)

Re: "Omni Throttle"/angled adapter
Hi rtrski, I appreciate your comments. Yeah! I think the same, this would be just a "hard cable", however, I guess it would be better to buy one from VKB, because I think they have the possibilities to do a better design, for example, calculating the exact position of gravity center, so th...
