Soft Trim?

I was wondering if it's possible to program a 'soft trim' (so that it would work in the same way as the 'soft trim reset' function, but basically in reverse)? I want to be able to trim my aircraft (helo) by holding down a button, and when I release it - the trim starts to move from it's current posi...

Re: T-Link Accu not working

From all my research, I've come to the conclusion that T-Link is incapable of supporting partial differential breaking. (ie, left brake at 25%, right brake at 25%), or even right brake at 0%, left brake at 50%. It appears as though one wheel will be 100% brake and can only be operated by a button, a...

Re: T-Link Accu not working

Hi, And thanks for your reply. I was meaning this section: accu.jpg I thought this would work on analogue instead of digital button allowing for partial braking. I'm wanting to have gradual braking available - not just an 'on/off' switch for braking. At present braking will be at maximum in one of t...

Re: T-Link Accu not working

Hi Fallout9,

Thanks. But that guide only deals with the 'left side' of the brakes (using a button for the brakes), and not the right side (the 'accu', or using a slider/analog axis for the brakes).

Does VKB no longer support ACCU / Analog axis with toe braking?

Re: T-Link Accu not working

Haven't received a response on this yet. Just wondering if I'm mistaken on it's feature. Basically I'm wanting the toe brakes to operate releative to the amount of braking I'm doing (using a analog axis). My understanding was that the T-Link should allow this using the ACCU side, and not the button ...

T-Link Accu not working

Hi, I'm wanting to setup T-Link so that I have my toe brakes work based on a analog axis when braking. When I open T-link and VKB Joytester - I can see that all is working as expected if I hold down the TEST button for the Brakes and push right or left. I can see the results on rY and rZ. However wh...

Re: VKB MCG3 POV1 and POV2 random inputs

Looks good, problem still there? I'm sorry for the delay in responding. I haven't had the chance to test thoroughly yet, however so far - I haven't had a repeat of the problem. I restored my previous profile (as it was different to the default), and still haven't experienced the problem again yet. ...

Comm error is fine, don't worry about it.

Thanks for confirming that com errors are OK.

Here's my axis test screen. Thanks!

Re: VKB MCG3 POV1 and POV2 random inputs

Just realised there was firmware update, so I've updated my Modern Combat Grip 3 (With twist) to the latest firmware of 2.025 Mk2. Still getting some 'blips' in the communication error screen. Not sure if that's relevant or not to the POV hat issues. Are little 'blips' to be expected, or should the ...

VKB MCG3 POV1 and POV2 random inputs

Hi, I've been experiencing some random inputs on my VKB MCG3 with POV1 and POV2 while in game. After some experimenting within the VKB Device Configurator in the Test tab I managed to observe POV1 and POV2 both simultaneously indicated they were held down (180°) until a few seconds later (where I st...

WONDERFUL! Thank you so very much!! Exactly what I'm looking for.

I use VR, so don't need it to be POV, so this is perfect. Once again thank you!

Differential braking with *brake* axis?

I'm probably pushing my luck with this one, but thought I'd ask anyway just incase I've missed something. I'm looking into using differential tow breaking with the T-Rudder and MCG III and T-Link. However what I would like to do is set it up so that I can use the paddle AXIS on the MCG as opposed to...

POV1 Centre Button 'as button' on Modern Combat III

Getting excited about my VKB products - never had something as well built as this before. First the pedals, and now a joystick! I was wondering if it's possible to use the POV centre push as a button? When I use the software, I notice with the axis's on the POV1, that it's different to the others. W...
