Does anyone know how to add the THQ and SEM buttons/axes to this document? It can see the NXT now thanks to it but with the THQ and SEM out I really want to expand my options.

Correct, it worked just fine on Windows, but not since migrating.

I'm wondering if maybe something went wrong with the firmware update, is there a way to restore it to the old version without the software?

Recently migrated to Ubuntu 20.04 from Windows, prior to that I successfully flashed it to the 2.05.5XT firmware with no issues.
