When I flip the trigger forward, I would like my pitch and roll to be only 25% of the default excursion (saturation) for a 'stick to trimmer mode'

ok. pardon my ignorance. The thing you linked tho was a lever and some switches. I guess that gets plugged onto something, eh? And you can 'gang' a bunch of them together, right? Is something like this available already??

I had the same problem. Interestingly, it is deeper than that. See this article https://details-of-note.blogspot.com/ It seems NVIDIA Geforce experience is responsible. Since I uninstalled my Geforce drivers with DDU and reinstalled JUST the driver WITHOUT Geforce experience, I have not had the issue.
