Hello, last Monday (Aug. 30th) I wrote an support ticket (#2964) to the european support. I wanted to cancel my order because I ordered the wrong flightstick. However I have gotten no reply as of now (~4 days later). I submitted a second ticket on Sept. 1st (#2973). This one is not answered either. ...
