Re: Dual Stick Global Shift
I would like to do the same thing but with two Gunfighter III bases. How is this done?

Gladiator K Mouse Settings Question
I'm getting more familiar with the VKB config program, and was experimenting with mouse emulation settings. I'm looking to move the mouse with the X and Y axes, but no matter what settings I try, the rate of mouse change jumps at around 66% deflection. I'm trying to set the configuration so that the...

Re: Question on default Profile (Gladiator K) Why buttons instead of hats?
Already hit one snag, Win 10 doesn't seem to detect Hat4 presses.

Question on default Profile (Gladiator K) Why buttons instead of hats?
I got my Standard to Premium Kosmosima kit in from VKB today (big thanks for letting me buy the kit!) and I have successfully installed the upgraded parts. And after a liberal application of Nyogel, my VKB sticks are working really well! I did have to file some plastic burrs off some of the parts to...

Re: Need help identifying circuit board connections on Kosmosima
I'm considering modifying my KosmosimA in a similar manner. Where did you mount the potentiometers? Could you post a picture?

Re: Right joystick not detected
I'm starting to suspect the USB bus might be the culprit. If you ONLY plug in the Right joystick, is it recognized? Also, what version of windows are you running, and is this a desktop or laptop? If desktop, I'd consider buying an inexpensive USB expansion card, something that would plug into the mo...

Re: Gladiator K tension adjustment
Yep, sounds like sticktion to me. The Nyogel helped immensely with this. Let us know how it goes! I don't intend on replacing the springs in the gimbal, I have had other joysticks in the past break in the same place, but the VKB parts appear to be made out of much better stuff than your usual cheapo...

Re: Gladiator K tension adjustment
Oh, one more thing before I forget! When I opened up the twist mechanism, there is a metal plate at the top that covers the screw. DON'T LOSE THIS! This is the magnet that the sensor reads the twist amount from. Also, its impossible to put it back exactly in the same position, so you will need to re...

Re: Gladiator K tension adjustment
While the Nyogel 767A has quite a bit of dampening, I found it still helps reduce the friction that was there before I applied the grease. Its great for precise movements, but if you need to whip the twist back and forth quickly for arcade applications, it would not be ideal. Its a shame about the g...

Re: Right joystick not detected
Just wanted to check the obvious things first. Check to see if you have any software called anything like "Driver Updater" or "DriverReviver" on your PC. I work at a PC repair shop and this is the biggest culprit for my customers where USB devices randomly stop working. Its unwan...

Re: How to program Gladiator K to "Lock" an Axis
That worked nicely!
I even figured out how to change the LED color when the Axis is locked, and how to bind it to holding a button.
Thanks!

Re: Gladiator K tension adjustment
I have found this to be true with my two Gladiator K's as well. I greased one of them with nyogel, and that helps with sticktion on the twist a good bit, but its still too stiff IMHO. I had a good look at the centering mechanism, and the only way I can see to reduce the tension is to replace the spr...

How to program Gladiator K to "Lock" an Axis
I own a pair of Gladiator K's and use them as a HOSAS (Hands on Stick and Stick) setup. I'm really enjoying them so far, but I have a few issues that a modification of a profile would help with. I'm attempting to get better at using the profiling software, but would like some questions answered from...

Re: Gladiator K LED
Ah that explains it. So if I set ID 0 to a red color, the RED LED should light, and set it to a green color it should light up? Could you clarify a little bit? How would you: 1. Turn the RED LED ON 2. Turn the GREEN LED ON 3. Turn BOTH LED's on at the same time (if possible) Thanks again for the help!

Re: Gladiator-K Type/Brand of grease?
I used Nyogel 767a and it feels great! I prefer a good dampening grease, so it might be more dampening than you might prefer. Makes fine control movements easier.
