I believe I figured out what the issue was. The CH Yoke that was plugged into the computer appears to have been intermittently interfering with the y axis of the Mk.II. Since I unplugged the Yoke I haven't seen this issue.

I recalibrated with the latest version of the configuration and the numbers looked identical to the previous screenshot. So I decided the try to hardware calibration as documented here: https://vkbcontrollers.com/?faq=how-to-calibrate-your-gladiator-mk-ii. And even then the numbers looked identical....

The issue was back again in full extent - it was happening 10/10 times now. I've attached a picture of the Profile screen with the axes configuration.

I couldn't reproduce it in the tester. So I restarted the computer. Launched both FSX and DCS and was able to reproduce the issue again the Gladiator.
