Where can I order replacement t-rudder springs, I see only cam springs for the joystick bases online, nothing for the t-rudder...

All other buttons axis and hats work in all respects but the DC hat doesn't work at all. I've tried VKB button and joy test as well as flashing to latest and full power off/reset etc... Seems very odd. Is there anything else I can test?
