Ok, so I followed your advise in the post above and the problem seems to be solved :P I did have one occasion when the problem happened again but re-tightening the extension on the base seems to have sorted it now. Ok, got it to work now, turns out the grip wasn't seated properly.
Flashed and calibrated, works great now. Thanks for the help
