You sure you are talking about gladiator? I think you meant Gunfighter MK3 . If so - there was 2 threads already , reason - improperly installed dust cover.

Since MCG PRO MK3 selling with already pre-installed TWIST,
don't you think that it will be better to add twist axis to factory default configuration? Because after factory default reset we must set them up again
