Got mine last night. Build quality really high, easy to set up mechanically. At first I was a bit worried since the stick didn't seem to work, but then I found the video on this site which explained how to update firmware and run the initial config program (Set "Default" + "Calibratio...

Ordered one over a week ago and it hasn't shipped yet. I'm hoping the delay is due to this (and that they'll ship mine with the missing stuff)
